Dr. Saifee Mullamitha is an experienced Consultant in Medical Oncology at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, providing specialist cancer care since 2007. He completed his postgraduate training in Medical Oncology in the Northwest Deanery (UK) and brings over two decades of experience, with a passionate and empathetic focus on the personalised management of both early and advanced colorectal cancer.
He has a special interest in liver-directed therapy, including Selective Internal Radiotherapy (SIRT) and chemo-saturation of the liver within the context of NHS clinical trials. Dr. Mullamitha is also a member of one of the UK's specialised peritoneal tumour MDTs, involved in the management of appendiceal malignancies and colorectal peritoneal metastasis, which entail cytoreductive surgery, HIPEC, and PIPAC (within NHS clinic trial context).
