What information do we need before an appointment?

1. A referral letter from patient’s oncologist or the GP.
2. If available, pathology and any scan reports. Alternatively we can obtain these directly from your oncologist or GP.
3. If available, the details of all treatment history so far. Again, we can request these from your oncologist or GP.
